Returns

At SavePoint Classics, we want you to shop with confidence. We therefore accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery. This includes situations where you may have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or simply decided the product is no longer required.

After the initial 14-day return period, returns will generally only be accepted where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. This helps us ensure a fair policy for all customers while continuing to provide support when there is a genuine issue with an order.

Where a return is requested due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service where possible, as the item remains the customer’s responsibility until it has been safely returned to us.

For returns relating to faulty items, damaged goods, or products that are not as described, SavePoint Classics will provide a prepaid return label or return bag where applicable, so that the return can be completed as smoothly as possible.

To help us process your return efficiently, items should be returned in the same condition they were received wherever possible, with all included parts, accessories, and packaging.
